Mushroom and Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

• 1 pound (400) mushrooms
• Sllightly less than a pint of water/550 ml
• 1 large onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• pinch of salt (believe me)
• black pepper
• bouillon (low salt version)
• margarine
• Sussex Gold rapeseed oil
• spinach
• 1 small potato
